Sandy River Museum in Portland

Situated along the waterfront in Portland Maine, and a storehouse of various two foot gems. While the track is actually mainline in wieght (the railroad crosses various streets in Portland so it was subject to federal code) it is still a real treat to see. Hey for 400$ per day you can even be a guest engineer. A brilliant way to spend the day and help raise funds for the museum.
